Children’s discount
- Children up to 2 years of age stay for free.
- Children from 2 to 3 years of age: € 10 per night

Local tax
A local tax in the amount of €1.20 per person per night is charged for people 14 years of age or older. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay and is payable on site.

Deposit
After your booking, we ask you to transfer a deposit (booking confirmation) in the amount of €200 per apartment per week within 7 days to our account. Your reservation is only binding after receipt of the deposit and our written confirmation.

Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation within 30 days of the start of your holiday, we will retain the deposit.

Check-in / check-out
On your arrival date, your apartment is available starting from 2:00 pm. On your departure date, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 9:00 am at the latest. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the booked holiday period will be charged in full.

Pets
We ask for your understanding that no pets are allowed.
